Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Agent AI Software Architect to design and implement AI Agent Control architectures for scalable enterprise use. You will lead the development of authentication, orchestration, and post-training workflows while collaborating with AI, Security and Infra teams to deliver robust, secure capabilities.

You will drive architecture decisions, oversee tool usage and environments, and contribute to IP filings and academic collaborations, in a hybrid work model across the US.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant STEM field.
• 5+ years of software engineering and AI experience.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and modern secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools/code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Typescript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI Native design process and principles.
• Experience with cryptographic methods of identity and auth.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication at scale.
• Design post-training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements through AI Native process.
• Assess emerging architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infra teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support strategic business development for emerging tech.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands-on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
