Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI Software Architect to lead design and implementation of AI Agent Control. You will craft architectures for identity, authentication, and authorization across large-scale multi-agent systems, and oversee post-training environments and synthesis models.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive secure, scalable AI solutions. You will prototype and evaluate agent control frameworks, mentor engineers, and contribute to IP filings while engaging with academic

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in engineering/computer science or math.
• 5+ years in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with multi-agent system administration and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI native development tools.
• Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash, TypeScript) and languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Knowledge of AI native design principles.
• Experience with cryptographic identity and auth methods.
• Experience with IDEs, CI/CD, code hosting (GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE, AWS and Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design architectures for agent identity and authentication in large scale multi-agent enterprise systems.
• Design post training and tuning/customization environments.
• Design synthesis models for AI open source models.
• Implement and test architectures benchmarking performance against agent and human evals.
• Design comprehensive AI Agent control frameworks.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Assess emerging agent authorization architectures and frontier model proposals.
• Collaborate with architectural experts in AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure.
• Support strategic business development activities for emerging technology.
• Present at academic conferences and support IP filings.
• Hands on development of advanced AI capabilities in agentic control.
