We are hiring seven Staff and Senior Accountants to drive our accounting transformation. If you're eager to make a meaningful impact and help shape our accounting function, this is your chance.

What You'll Get to Do

As part of our Accounting team, you will ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, implement processes, and enhance internal controls. This role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and leadership to drive change and improvement. This hybrid position requires in-office presence at our Dallas Corporate HQ four days per week.

• Ensure accurate transaction processing across facilities
• Calculate reserves and accruals for bad debts, sales rebates, warranties, and credit memos
• Ensure proper revenue recognition and ERP module closing
• Review and reconcile inventory records, investigating discrepancies
• Assist with physical inventory counts and compliance

Corporate Accounting - Staff / Senior Accountant

• Prepare journal entries and analyses for payroll, benefits, and executive retirement plans
• Ensure proper accounting for benefits, incentives, and compensation accruals
• Work with HR and payroll teams to optimize processes
• Assist with 401(k) audits and annual merit increase processes

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum three years of accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and business process improvement
• Effective communicator and change agent in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven with a proactive mindset
