Aureate Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting operations across real estate assets, including construction cost tracking and project budgeting. The role partners with leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on accounting experience, especially in construction or real estate, and a track record of scalable, compliant processes within a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Experience with construction or academic settings preferred.
• Familiarity with procurement procedures and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable for multiple entities.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Oversee project cost tracking, budgeting, and cost allocations.
• Support procurement controls and vendor payments using Ramp and other platforms.
• Coordinate with project teams and leadership for accurate reporting.
• Assist with month-end close and internal controls across entities.
