The role involves construction accounting, project cost reporting, debt management, and real estate transactions across multiple entities. Strong Excel, GAAP knowledge, and initiative to improve processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of GAAP, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Experience with month-end close and financial reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close, including journal entries and accruals.

• Prepare and post journal entries for real estate transactions and debt activity.

• Review reports and schedules for accuracy and completeness.
•  
• Support project cost accounting and multi-entity reporting.

• Assist with bank and credit card reconciliations.
