Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with budgeting, cost tracking and variance analysis is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries, including general ledger entries and revenue recognition.
Contribute to the monthly close for multiple companies across different industries.
Perform account reconciliations and analysis, resolving discrepancies.
Track, analyze, and report on work in progress, project costs, budgets, and variances.
Support budgeting with variance analysis and financial data analysis in Excel.
Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other reports.
