Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable intake and processing.
• Coordinate payroll inputs for ~40 employees.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations monthly.
• Execute close checklist items and produce month-end financials.
• Support job-costing workflow with Project Managers.
