Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Staff Accountant for a hands-on role in a growing multi-entity operation in construction and manufacturing. You will perform full-cycle accounting and work with operations on cost tracking and inventory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 3–5+ years of accounting experience with strong GAAP and month-end close exposure.
• Experience with construction, manufacturing, inventory accounting, or job costing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end close.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
• Support job costing and project accounting, including cost tracking and reconciliations.
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and occasional plant visits.
• Partner with operations to improve processes and support reporting and audits.

• Perform full‑cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and month‑end close activities as the Staff Accountant

• Support job costing and project accounting, including reconciliations and cost tracking, as the Staff Accountant
• Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and support occasional plant visits as the Staff Accountant
• Partner with operations and internal teams to improve processes, resolve discrepancies, and support reporting and audits as the Staff Accountant

Qualifications For The Staff Accountant
