Procore + QBO exposure, automation focus, and a commitment to measurable improvements are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years accounting operations experience (construction a plus, not required).
• Strong AP + reconciliations + month-end close fundamentals.
• Experience coordinating payroll runs (ADP experience preferred).
• High ownership, accuracy, and deadline discipline (you close loops).
• Tech-forward: comfortable learning systems quickly and improving workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage AP intake, coding, and vendor communications.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ADP processing for ~40 employees.
• Perform bank and card reconciliations with supporting schedules.
• Support month-end close with checklists and reconciliations.
• Assist construction job-costing in Procore with proper coding/visibility.
• HR admin tasks: onboarding, benefits coordination, and file maintenance.
