Club Champion Golf in the United States is seeking a Staff Accountant to oversee our credit card and employee reimbursement processes, record month-end journal entries, manage prepaid amortization, and assist with Australia entity accounting. The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting and internal controls, with onsite requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a college degree in finance or accounting, CPA preferred, and demonstrates strong Excel skills along with ERP experience

Qualifications

• College degree in finance or accounting required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
• Experience with ERP platforms (NetSuite and Navision preferred).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Oversee invoices from vendors for proper accounting and payment processing.
• Manage company credit card and employee reimbursement processes.
• Report travel spend for the company.
• Record month-end journal entries and amortize prepaid assets.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Assist with Australia entity accounting and ad-hoc analysis.
