Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic planning. The ideal candidate has a college degree in finance or accounting, CPA is preferred, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• College degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoices from vendors and payment processing.
• Process company credit card transactions with proper accounting.
• Process employee reimbursements for out-of-pocket expenses.
• Own the prepaid process and record monthly amortization.
• Prepare month-end journal entries.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for a set of accounts.
• Identify and implement process improvements for better business performance.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports as requested.
