Responsabilités

• Review and approve vendor invoices for proper accounting and payment processing.
• Process company credit card transactions with accurate accounting.
• Process reimbursements to employees for out-of-pocket expenses.
• Own the prepaid amortization process and record monthly entries.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze accounts for opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as requested.
• Assist with accounting for the Australia entity.
