Power-Motive-Corporation is seeking an entry-level Staff Accountant to support the full cycle month-end close and compliance tasks. The role involves multi-state sales/use tax, annual reports, and maintaining detailed reconciliations.

You will learn and contribute in a fast-paced automotive environment at the Denver location. The candidate should have a bachelor’s in accounting or related field, internship or entry-level experience, and strong Excel/Microsoft Office skills.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
Entry level accounting experience; internship preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills required.
Experience in an accounting department is a plus.
Familiarity with dealer management systems (CDK/Intellidealer) is advantageous.

Mansioni

Ensure compliance for all entities across multiple states, including annual reports and licenses.
Reconcile and own fixed assets, including depreciation entries and capitalization policies.
Assist with monthly close and validate equipment invoicing.
Support Accounts Payable as a backup and learn AP processes.
Participate in year-end audit preparations and provide required documentation.
