The Senior Accountant will contribute to audit readiness, document processes, and help maintain robust procedures while collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Ability to work in a structured environment with clear standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and accruals for monthly close.
• Maintain reconciliations for balance sheet accounts with documentation.
• Reconcile all bank accounts.
• Assist with monthly equipment invoicing and verification.
• Participate in year-end audit preparation and supporting documentation.
• Update SOPs to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Partner with departments for variance analysis against budget.
