Atrium is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our growing finance team in the Tampa Bay area. The role supports accounting activities across multiple locations, including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

You will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and audits, helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy compliance with US GAAP. Strong Excel and communication skills are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (extensive Excel).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, GL maintenance, reconciliations, and preparing financial statements per US GAAP.
• Manage daily accounting operations: entry, cash flow monitoring, vendor payments, and billing/collections.
• Conduct financial analysis, investigate variances, and prepare reports for management.
