Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration with a high-performing finance team.

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of accounting experience, proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle, and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA eligibility is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience, corporate or public accounting preferred.
• Proficiency with major accounting software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors and provide documentation.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects.
