Atrium Staffing is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting across multiple locations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP. The role covers month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 2–3 years of accounting experience required.
• Proficient in Excel; extensive Excel experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Manage daily accounting operations, including transaction entry, cash flow monitoring, vendor payments, and customer billing and collections.
• Conduct financial analysis, investigate variances, and prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for management review.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate across departments to improve financial procedures, maintain data integrity, and ensure efficient accounting operations across multiple locations.
