Job summary

Atrium is seeking a Senior Accountant in Florida to support accounting functions across locations. You will manage month-end close, general ledger activities, and financial reporting under US GAAP, while helping with budgeting, forecasting, and audits. Strong Excel skills and multi-entity experience are a plus.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of accounting experience, excellent analytical abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and advanced Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements per US GAAP.
• Manage daily accounting operations including cash flow, payables, and receivables.
• Prepare financial analyses, investigate variances, and generate periodic reports for management.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve financial processes across locations.
