Job summary

Vigor Industrial LLC in the United States is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our corporate accounting team. The role covers general ledger entries, month-end close, fixed assets, and project accounting, with exposure to multi-entity environments and audits.

You will collaborate with finance, HR, IT, and operations while maintaining accurate schedules, reconciliations, and internal controls. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business and 3+ years of hands-on experience are preferred; public

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business from a fully accredited college or university is preferred.
• 3 or more years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in a multi-entity corporate environment, is required.
• Public Accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and input journal entries to general ledgers.
• Perform general ledger account reconciliations as assigned.
• Supports the month-end close process & meets tight schedule requirements.
• Supports the annual audit with external auditors and government partners.
• Assist in the creation of timely and accurate supporting schedules and analysis.
• Review general ledger activity to ensure accurate coding.
• Initiate process and system improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
