Job summary

Atrium Staffing LLC is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounting across multiple entities. The role involves GL maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close tasks in a multi-entity environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail. Bachelor's in Accounting is required, CPA is a plus. Real estate/management experience is helpful. Competitive benefits may apply.

• 1+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience with general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work with multiple entities or business units.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for multiple legal entities.
• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts.
• Complete monthly bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements and monthly reporting packages.
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions between entities.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
• Review financial activity for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit requests and year-end reporting.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and other accounting projects as needed.
