Genesis Global Group is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to own the full spectrum of accounting operations across multiple entities. You will manage day-to-day transactions and partner with HR, operations, and leadership on reporting and planning.

Responsibilities include monthly financials, budgeting, cash flow, and year-end close coordination with audits. Strong ERP and accounting software skills, plus CPA preferred, are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience managing accounting functions across multiple entities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
• Strong payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and collections.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead annual budgeting process with department heads.
• Develop rolling forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate year-end close with audits across entities.
• Ensure corporate tax and sales/use tax compliance.
• Liaise with State auditors and present financials to leadership.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Support ad-hoc accounting projects.
