Job summary

GreenGasUSA Holdings, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to own the monthly close process across multiple entities, including general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, revenue accruals, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting support.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while coordinating with operations and leadership to ensure GAAP-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong month-end close experience in a multi-entity environment.
• Experience with payroll, accruals, fixed assets, inventory, and intercompany accounting.
• ERP experience; Sage Intacct or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close across multiple entities per timelines.
• Prepare and post recurring and non-recurring journal entries.
• Record payroll-related entries and accruals; support compensation entries.
• Maintain fixed assets records; depreciation and CIP checks.
• Prepare revenue accruals and reconcile accounts receivable aging.
• Reconcile intercompany balances and ensure alignment.
• Carry out bank reconciliations and cash activity review.
• Support financial reporting packages and audits.
