PSA BDP, a global logistics leader headquartered in Philadelphia, seeks a Staff Accountant to manage month-end close, intercompany transactions, and GAAP compliance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate financial reporting for North American subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with multi-entity corporate structures.
• CPA or CPA candidacy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle monthly, quarterly, and year-end close for North American subsidiaries.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger with accuracy.
• Generate monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Perform P&L variance analyses to explain fluctuations.
• Review and reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure audit readiness.
• Manage intercompany invoices and intercompany loans.
