Nesnah Ventures, LLC is hiring a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities. This role requires accuracy, consistency, and timeliness, with a methodical approach and the ability to work independently within a collaborative team.

You will manage AR/AP, bank reconciliations, month-end close, 1099s, and compliance reporting in a multi-entity portfolio. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in accounting and 2+ years of experience, strong analytical

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Detail-oriented and proactive professional.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to reconcile accounts.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily and weekly accounting functions for multiple portfolio businesses.
• Process customer invoicing and AR reporting.
• Manage customer collections and AR records.
• Post daily banking transactions (EFTs, bank uploads).
• Handle daily AP duties and credit card postings.
