Job summary

XRHealth INC is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage day-to-day accounting for XR USA in Needham, MA. You will oversee cash flow, month-end close, and coordination with the RCM team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

The role emphasizes maintaining multi-entity records, processing payroll and benefits, tax reporting, and vendor management while ensuring compliance and accurate balance sheet reconciliation. Strong Excel and detail orientation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience including accounts payable and month-end close.
• Experience in multi-entity environment and keeping entities cleanly separated.
• Comfort with Ramp and Rippling or ability to quickly learn finance systems.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail for monthly close.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash inflows and outflows, apply receipts, run payments, and code cash movements.
• Process vendor bills, code to accounts, route approvals, manage payables aging, and reconcile card transactions.
• Monthly bank reconciliation, resolve exceptions, and monitor fraud/positive pay alerts.
• Record payroll expenses and related accruals in the general ledger using Rippling; HR payroll processing ownership on this side.
• Maintain state registrations, annual reports, and a filing calendar with deadlines.
