Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Three to five years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-entity environments.
• Experience with PO, inventory or COGS in product business.
• Familiarity with Ramp, Rippling, and HubSpot; ability to learn finance systems quickly.
• Strong Excel skills and meticulous close calendar adherence.
• Healthcare or clinical billing exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash inflows and outflows.
• Process vendor bills and manage payables aging.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly.
• Record payroll in Niko EHR and reconcile to GL.
• Maintain state filings and tax package prep.
• Vendor onboarding and inquiries.
• Track headcount and payroll cost reporting.
• Review travel and employee expenses.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and reconciliations.
• Reconcile HubSpot purchases and revenue to GL.
• Account for inventory and cost of goods sold.
