Staff Accountant — Multi-Entity Finance & Revenue

Job summary

XR America Inc., part of XRHealth Inc., is seeking an experienced accountant to own day-to-day accounting, including cash flow, payables, payroll accruals, and monthly close. You will manage vendor onboarding, state filings, and product- and CRM-linked revenue tracking across XR America’s multi-entity structure.

You will collaborate with finance to ensure accurate inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and accurate financial reporting, including Niko EHR and HubSpot integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience including AP.
• Experience in multi-entity environments and clean entity separation.
• Hands-on with purchase orders, inventory, or COGS in a product business.
• Familiar with Ramp, Rippling, and CRM such as HubSpot.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Healthcare billing exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash inflows and outflows and ensure proper coding.
• Process vendor bills, manage approvals, and aging of payables.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly and respond to discrepancies.
• Record payroll expenses and HR-related accruals in GL.
• Maintain state filings and deadlines.
• Prepare tax workpapers and assist external firm with returns.
• Onboard vendors, verify banking details, and manage inquiries.
• Track headcount and publish monthly payroll cost by department.
• Review travel and employee expenses for policy compliance.
• Prepare month-end entries and variances with commentary.
• Reconcile Niko EHR revenue to bookings and cash receipts.
• Maintain HubSpot PO records and tie revenue to GL.
• Account for inventory and COGS, perform PO/shipment/invoice match.
