Job summary

XRHealth, a Boston-based digital health company, seeks a qualified accountant to own day-to-day accounting for XR America Inc., including purchase orders, revenue, and product shipments.

You will manage cash flow, vendor payables, bank reconciliations, payroll accruals, tax packages, and financial reporting across entities. Strong Excel and experience with Ramp, Rippling, and HubSpot are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting including AP and month-end close.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash inflows and outflows, monitor daily bank activity, and process payments.
• Handle accounts payable, vendor bills, approvals, and aging.
• Reconcile bank accounts monthly and manage fraud alerts.
• Record payroll expenses and related accruals; manage HR payroll feeds.
• Maintain state filings, annual reports, and tax package prep with outside firm.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts, and insurance certificates.
• Track headcount and payroll costs by department.
• Review travel and expense reimbursements for policy compliance.
• Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations at month-end.
• Reconcile revenue, AR, and cash for Niko EHR and HubSpot integrations.
