District Cannabis LLC seeks a Staff Accountant to support cash, accounts receivable and accounts payable across 12 entities in a GAAP environment. The role emphasizes accurate cash management, timely invoicing, vendor payments, and month-end closings within a hybrid work setup.

The ideal candidate has a accounting degree with 4+ years' experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with multi-entity accounting and Acumatica. We offer competitive pay and benefits in a dynamic cannabis market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience in a multi-entity environment; consolidation experience a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, charts).

Responsibilities

• Support Cash, AR, and AP for 12 entities in GAAP.
• Process daily cash receipts and update ledger; bank reconciliations.
• Maintain corporate card workbooks and track expenditures.
• Process AR/billing transactions and follow up on collections.
• Process vendor invoices and AP check runs; ensure proper GL codes.
• Assist with year-end closings, audits, and ad hoc analyses.
