Job Juncture is seeking a Staff Accountant for a cannabis company with retail, manufacturing, and cultivation operations in Missouri. You will own accounts receivable, maintain daily bookkeeping, and support month-end close in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a comparable full-cycle accounting role.
• Experience with accounts receivable and general ledger processes.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AR cycle, including invoicing and payment application.
• Monitor aging reports and support collections efforts.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Record daily transactions and cash activity across entities.
• Support month-end close and general ledger maintenance.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare schedules and reports for internal review.
