Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, journal entries, and balance sheet analysis.
• ERP systems experience; intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP and data reconciliation; QuickBooks and/or NetSuite preferred.
• Inventory accounting, job costing, manufacturing, construction, or other operational accounting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and support month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and ensure data accuracy across ERP and other systems.
• Assist with fixed asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and rollforward schedules.
• Support revenue and profitability analysis through reconciliations of financial results.
• Monitor integrity of general ledger across multiple entities; collaborate with operations, payroll, and finance teams.
• Support inventory accounting activities, including reconciliations and cycle counts.
