Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with responsibility for general ledger maintenance and month-end close tasks.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume, transactional environment.
• Hands-on experience with a large-scale ERP system such as Workday, NetSuite, or Oracle.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reconciliation (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close tasks including journal entries and reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with supporting evidence.
• Investigate variances and resolve discrepancies before deadlines.
• Maintain general ledger integrity in Workday and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Perform daily cash review and treasury support for campus operations.
• Document processes and respond to finance inquiries from staff.
