Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3+ years of general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
• Experience with month-end closings and reconciliation of general ledger accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily accounting responsibilities including month-end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Oversee AP/AR functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments and collections.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
• Handle deposits and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly prepaid entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare month end accruals.
• Prepare documentation for month-end close related to all balance sheet accounts.
• Assist in financial reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Comply with financial policies and regulations.
• Assist with special projects as assigned by management.
