Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounting experience or progress toward CPA.
• Strong Excel and GAAP understanding.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day AP processing, vendor relations, and collections.
• Record transactions per GAAP and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Support month-end close, revenue recognition, accruals, and reporting.
• Prepare workpapers for financial reviews and tax filings.
• Maintain ERP master data and documented procedures.
• Collaborate on strategic financial projects and internal controls.
• Optimize working capital with internal teams and external partners.
