Aston Carter seeks a Staff Accountant for a 100% onsite role in Souderton, PA. You will manage the full accounting cycle in a small, family‑style office, supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger while helping modernize workflows and implement a new payroll platform.

You will collaborate with leadership, achieve accurate monthly reporting, and work closely with an external firm to validate data. Prior Sage 50 experience is strongly preferred.

Formación

• Experience with Sage 50 preferred.
• Experience with Peachtree preferred.
• ServiceTitan experience preferred but not required.
• Construction or subcontractor accounting knowledge is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily accounts payable and ensure invoices are recorded accurately.
• Oversee accounts receivable and collaborate with billing staff for timely collections.
• Support payroll data and assist with transitioning to a new payroll platform.
• Enter journal entries into Sage 50 and maintain the general ledger.
• Contribute to month-end close and financial reporting with an external accounting firm.
