Job summary

Entrans International LLC in Tennessee seeks a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to assist with the preparation, maintenance, and analysis of financial records, including month-end closings, GL reconciliations, and budgeting support.

You will work in a manufacturing environment, using Excel and an ERP system to produce accurate reports, analyze variances, and support audits and annual budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Excel; Word, PowerPoint and ERP system experience
• Cost accounting knowledge preferred (Make-to-order manufacturing environment)
• Financial reporting and presentation experience
• Working capital management

Responsibilities

• Assist month-end closings and close analysis
• Prepare and maintain general ledger reconciliations
• Record journal entries as assigned
• Analyze financial results and variances
• Support year-end closings and audits
• Assist with annual budget preparation and reporting
• Handle sales and federal excise tax reporting
• Maintain fixed asset records
• Perform other duties as assigned
