Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute daily operational and production reports focusing on volume, yield, and scrap.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accuracy.
• Support month-end close activities including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Process and route non-PO vendor invoices for approval and payment.
• Participate in quarterly physical inventories and support Plant Controller.
• Develop and maintain standard costing work papers with Engineering and Materials.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests related to inventory and reporting.
• Support continuous improvement for reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Perform special projects as assigned by Plant Controller and management.
