Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years accounting support experience (AP/AR/payroll).
• Experience in law firm setting or with escrow accounts a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Paylocity a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas).

Responsibilities

• Enter and process vendor invoices with appropriate coding and documentation.
• Prepare payments via check or credit card.
• Process incoming payments (checks, ACH, wires) and post to customer accounts.
• Assist with journal entries and general ledger coding.
• Support audits, reporting, and internal documentation needs.
