Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Experience working in a professional service firm is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure all accounts are accurately reconciled.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and review tax documents for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Support the senior accounting team during audit preparations and financial reviews.
• Provide clear financial insights to our clients to help them make informed business decisions.
