Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory accounting.
• 2–3 years in a general accounting or similar role.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• eCommerce or retail accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and process invoices using QuickBooks.
• Track and reconcile inventory for financial reporting.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
• Reconcile transactions for company cards.
• Utilize Bill.com for accounts payable workflow.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Collaborate to resolve cost-related discrepancies.
