Qualifications

• Hands-on experience independently processing in-house Texas payroll.
• Experience with AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform general accounting functions including AP, AR, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Own weekly in-house Texas payroll processing and reporting.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with the Controller on processes and special projects.
