Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Experience with Sage Intacct and ServiceTitan preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently within established policies.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and determine cash requirements.
• Collect technician commission sheets and verify against jobs.
• Review timecards for accuracy and upscale exceptions.
• Track incentive programs and include them in payroll.
• Ensure timely 401(k) contributions and reconcile loans.
• Serve as the go-to resource for pay/incentive questions.
• Prepare recurring payroll reporting.
• Monitor AP mailbox and process vendor invoices.
• Support month-end close and office operations.
