The role requires evaluating data, preparing journal entries, and supporting monthly close and forecasts.

You will collaborate with teams to compile financial statements, create executive presentations, and assist in budgeting and audit preparations.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience.
2–5 years financial accounting experience, including internal financial statement prep and daily general ledger accounting.
Detailed knowledge of cost accounting concepts and theories, and service accounting.
Strong MS Office proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare journal entries for monthly close, including reconciliations and reviews of income statements and balance sheets.
Prepare monthly financial statements and related schedules in a timely manner.
Compile and analyze data for forecasting and management decision support.
Prepare monthly executive PowerPoint presentations with graphs and comments.
Backfill for ERP conversion and assist with budgeting activities.
Serve as point of contact for inquiries and prepare required documentation for audits.
