Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Ability to handle confidential information, stay detail-oriented and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices and employee expense reports on time.
• Assist Project Managers.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Assist the Controller with payment collection.
• Maintain records of costs and project-related expenses.
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors on billing requirements.
• Liaise with the client to identify requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to provide support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
