Job summary

EBARA is seeking an experienced Finance professional in Sacramento to manage complex accounting, financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis related to product costing, service accounting, and general ledger operations. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to implement, stabilize, and optimize SAP ERP to support long‑term business operations.

The position involves preparing journal entries, monthly close, financial reports, and tax returns, while strengthening internal controls

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4–6+ years of financial accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, and internal controls.
Experience supporting SAP ERP implementations and process improvements.

Responsibilities

Review service sales and material costs, reconcile and post journal entries.
Prepare monthly commission journal entries and payroll-related payments.
Produce gross margin, bookings, billings, and backlog reports.
Support SAP ERP implementation, stabilization, and optimization with cross‑functional teams.
Perform monthly GL close including reconciliations and accounting analysis.
Travel to EBARA locations as needed to evaluate financial controls and processes.
