This full-time role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting and at least 3 years of accounting experience. Strong analytical, Excel, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work on-site 100% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience is required.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, & reconciliations are required.
• Solid analysis and Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables are required.
• Ability to work 100% on-site is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute month-end close including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across accounts and financial records.
• Maintain accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions within the general ledger.
• Support inventory accounting including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Assist with year-end audit activities by preparing schedules and providing documentation.
• Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
