Jobot is seeking a Staff Accountant in Maryland to join the expanding Accounting and Finance team. You will support month-end close, financial reporting, and reconciliations, working closely with the Controller and leadership.

This role offers hands-on training and growth opportunities as the company scales. The ideal candidate has a foundation in accounting, comfort with new systems, and a drive to improve processes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field is required.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience encouraged to apply.
• Foundational understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new accounting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or other accounting systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Assist month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare bank and balance sheet reconciliations for accuracy.
• Support financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Assist with annual audit preparation and schedules.
• Gain exposure to project-related financial reporting and cost tracking.
• Work across multiple accounting systems to extract information.
