Ocean Solutions is seeking an early-career Staff Accountant to expand exposure across AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll accounting, tax support, and financial reporting. You will partner with senior management to gain broad experience within a fast-paced technology environment.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, payroll support, tax filings, and month-end close. Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance required.
• 2–4 years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and financial reporting basics.
• Proficiency with Excel; NetSuite or ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Prepare and post journal entries; perform reconciliations.
• Coordinate payroll accounting activities and data validation.
• Assist tax filings preparation and supporting schedules.
• Support month-end close with accruals, journal entries, and analyses.
• Prepare financial reports and management analyses; communicate findings.
