Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of accounting experience in staff accounting and/or public accounting.
• Solid understanding of general ledger accounting and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end close processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and large datasets.

Aufgaben

• Assist with month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts including bank, AR/AP, and inventory-related accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including invoice review and resolution.
• Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries.
• Help prepare internal financial reports for leadership.
• Support external audits and provide requested documentation.
• Assist with sales tax filings and other routine compliance reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting workflows and documentation.
• Perform additional accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
