Job summary

Frontline Source Group - Nationwide Staffing & Executive Search seeks a Staff Accountant in Fort Worth, TX to manage accounting across multiple entities. You will support month-end closes, intercompany reconciliations, and financial reporting within a government contracting framework, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare journal entries, assist with budgeting and cash flow analyses, and maintain documentation per FAR and CAS requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional corporate accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with multi-entity and intercompany transactions.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support accounting activities across diverse corporate entities, ensuring timely and accurate financial records.
• Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations, resolving discrepancies to maintain integrity.
• Process intercompany billings and assist with cross-entity cost allocations.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Support consolidated financial reporting and elimination entries.
• Review balance sheet and income statement activities for accuracy.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analyses.
• Maintain supporting documentation consistent with accounting standards, especially related to government contracting (FAR and CAS).
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to resolve accounting issues and support additional projects as needed.
